About us

The Sustainable University of Graz consists of many committed individuals and groups. At the university, cooperation in the field of sustainability within the university is promoted and sustainability is communicated.

• Climate Protection Advisory Board: The Climate Protection Advisory Board consists of all university areas, such as research, teaching and administration. Through meetings held among the board members, a common basis for understanding can be formed to support decisions taken by the Rectorate concerning environmental measures.
• Sustainability Team: consists of representatives from research, teaching and administration; the team works on projects that promote sustainability within the university.
• Environmental Team: works on improving the environmental performance of the University in the field of EMAS.
